REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Our Refund Policy ensures that all clients are treated fairly and with respect. A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking in order to secure the appointment. If a client needs to cancel or reschedule their appointment, they must do so at least 24 hours in advance. If a client fails to give 24 hour notice of cancelation, they will not be refunded for their deposit. We thank you for understanding and respecting our Refund Policy.


PRODUCT RETURN









 

At our spa, we do not accept returns for any products or services. All sales are final. We understand that it may be


difficult to determine if a product or service is right for you without trying it out first, which is why we offer free


consultations and samples of many of our products. If you have any questions or concerns about a product or service,


we encourage you to ask about said product or service before you make a purchase.

LATE POLICY

At our spa, we understand that life can be unpredictable. As such, we offer a 10 minute grace period for

all appointments. If you arrive later than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your service will be

 

canceled. We require a non refundable deposit to reserve your appointment and this will not be refunded if

 

your appointment is canceled after the 10 minute grace period. Thank you for your understanding.
